If you don&#8217;t, create one and put teacher or educator in your profile. Let people know you are a colleague.<\/li>\n<li>Type #ELTchat in your search box and save that search &#8211; you will then be able to see and respond to all the tweets during a chat or at any other time.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you include the hashtag &#8216;#ELTchat&#8217; in every one of your tweets, otherwise #ELTchatters will not be able to see your comment or responses<\/li>\n<li>Stay on topic while using the hashtag &#8211; if making comments on other topics do not use the #ELTchat hashtag<\/li>\n<li>Do not post irrelevant links to the topic being discussed during a chat<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Proposed Topics &amp; Voting<\/h1>\n<p>Please bear in mind that if you are proposing a topic you should try and join the chat if it is chosen (though time zones can make that difficult).<\/p>\n<p>Please also note that the chat moderators\u00a0<strong>do monitor<\/strong>\u00a0the voting. There have been recent cases of block voting which have skewed and manipulated the polls.
