If is it, why is it and how can we promote it; should we?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>I&#8217;ve punctuated the title a bit, in ways that Twitter discourages. I think the mood throughout was that we\u00a0<i>should<\/i>\u00a0foster LearnerAutonomy, but we didn&#8217;t discuss it in so many words.
