New time for #ELTCHAT
Dear #ELTchat followers and friends,
Changes, changes
After quite a few not very well attended early chats, and difficulties even for us moderators to be present because of daytime work commitments, we have decided to change the time of our weekly chats.
Important change of time!
As of tomorrow, our weekly #ELTchat will begin earlier at 19.00 BST – check the countdown below and click here to find your own local time
Same time Every Week!
#ELTchat will no longer rotate times, but happen at the same time every week.
Topic for tomorrow
As all of us – bar one moderator – were at the IATEFL Conference in Birmingham last week, we will not be asking you to suggest a topic below – although topics you add will be used in next week’s poll – but plan to share a free chat about talks or workshops that made an impression on you.
Twitter and the blogosphere are already abuzz with the NEST vs NNEST topic – you might want to talk bout that for some of the time or about something else.
Here is the link to IATEFL Online recorded plenary and other sessions in case you want to watch something before our chat.
We hope we will see more of you online tomorrow and every week.

Hello!
I’m still not sure I understood what the topic is. Do we wait until moderators join the chat to announce?
We have no specific topic but what #ELTchat participants bring to the conversation after IATEFL – some of us were there, others watched some sessions online, still others are watching the conversations on Twitter and blogs.
Thank you, Marisa! Will try to be there.
Nooooooooooo! 7pm is too late for Easterly people like me 🙁
Oh no! so sorry Matt but you know it’s impossible to find a good time for everyone!!! (and keep our jobs… 🙂 )
Perfect timing for me ..thanks
But what about people who didn’t attend nor read anything about the IATEFL !!
May motivate you to watch some of the recorded talks 🙂
